Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you cancel with proper notice we will happily reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee to cover the time reserved for you.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time or offer a shortened service; if your service must be rescheduled because of lateness, the same late-cancellation rule may apply. Please call or text us as soon as you know you’ll be late or need to change your appointment.
