We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice we will happily reschedule or release your appointment without penalty.
If you cancel late, no-show, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the possible fee when you rebook or when we contact you after a missed appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide your full service but may need to shorten or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients.
