We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you need to make a change, please call or message us as soon as you know so we can rebook your stylist and offer the time to another client.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving significantly past your appointment time may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time; if the full service can’t be performed we may need to reschedule and the late or missed appointment may be charged a fee.
