We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the slot to another client. Please call or use the booking link to reschedule or cancel.

If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee and could require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. Repeated late arrivals may lead to required deposits for future appointments.
