24 hours of notice to cancel or change an appointment is our standard request. If you need to cancel or move a booking, please contact us by phone or through the booking system at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We will tell you at booking if a deposit applies and whether it will be kept for late cancellations or no-shows. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid affecting other clients.
