We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you cancel inside that window or do not show, a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time; if more time is required than remains, we may need to reschedule and the same late or no-show policy could apply. We’ll always communicate clearly about options and any charges before booking your next appointment.
