Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. Please call or message us so we can offer your appointment time to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will consider circumstances individually and communicate any fee before charging when possible.
If you are running late, call us. Small delays are handled when possible, but long delays may require rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future bookings.
