We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Please understand this is to protect appointment time our stylists have set aside.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the service within your remaining time. If we cannot complete the service because of the late arrival, we may need to reschedule and the late-cancellation/no-show guideline will apply.
