Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients. If you cancel inside that window, or arrive extremely late, we may be unable to rebook the full service.
A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how to pay it. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead us to require a deposit for future bookings.
If you expect to be late, call us as soon as possible; moderate lateness may mean a shortened service rather than a full appointment.
