Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard request. If you need to change a booking, please call or use our online system as soon as you know. We understand life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate changes when given proper notice.
A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to give you your scheduled time but may need to shorten the service to avoid impacting other guests. If we cannot provide the full service due to a late arrival, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and may be charged accordingly.
If you have an emergency, contact us and we will work with you.
