Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is required. Late cancellations or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you call or use our online system to change appointments; same-day changes are limited and may not be accommodated.
If you arrive late we will do our best to give you the full service within your scheduled time; if the delay prevents a full service we may need to shorten the appointment or rebook you and a fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit before future bookings. We always try to communicate clearly and work with you when unexpected events happen.
