We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer that time to other clients and keep schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up, you may be charged a fee. We’ll let you know the possible fee when we contact you about the missed or late cancellation.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Depending on the time left and the stylist’s schedule, we may shorten the service or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. Repeated late arrivals can lead to booking restrictions.
