Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This lets us offer the time to another client and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee at booking and when we contact you about the missed appointment.
If you are running late, please call us. Depending on our schedule we may be able to accommodate a shorter appointment, or we may need to reschedule to avoid affecting other clients.
