24 hours of notice is required to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking link to make changes.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We charge late cancellations and no-shows to protect our technicians’ time and other guests. A late arrival may mean we shorten your service to stay on schedule or ask you to reschedule; you may be charged for the missed portion. If rescheduling is possible we’ll do our best to find another time that works for you.
