If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and required to prepay for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time; depending on timing we may need to shorten, reschedule, or treat it as a late cancellation.
