Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete services within your scheduled time; if additional time is required we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, which could be treated as a late cancellation.
We ask that you contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation as soon as you know you need to change plans. This helps us offer your time to another guest. If a fee is applied we will explain it and how to pay when you next book or check in.
