Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another client. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours, we may be charged a fee for late cancellations.
If you do not arrive for your appointment (no-show) or arrive significantly late and we cannot provide the full service, we may be charged a fee or asked to reschedule. We always try to be flexible for emergencies; please call as soon as you can so we can work with you.
