Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and will need to prepay or leave a card on file for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. If there isn’t enough time for the service you booked, we may need to shorten it or reschedule, and the standard late/no-show terms apply.
