Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you at booking and on reminder messages if a fee applies to your appointment.
If you arrive late we will do our best to give you the remaining time, but sessions may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests. If shortening is not possible, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
