We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service but may need to shorten the appointment to avoid delaying others; in that case the shortened service will still be charged at the appointment rate and a fee may apply.
