We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or the booking system to change your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest.

If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if we cannot, you may be asked to reschedule and a late or no-show fee may apply.
