If you cancel after that time, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will contact you if a fee is applied and explain the reason. If you are running late, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you; depending on the schedule we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients.
