We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will gladly move or cancel your booking without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We reserve the right to apply a fee to cover lost time and preparation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. If you are running late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot always guarantee full service time for late arrivals.
