24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show, we may charge a fee to cover part of the reserved time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service within the remaining appointment time, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid delaying other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
