If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don’t show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time; if that isn’t possible we may need to reschedule and a late-arrival policy may apply.
We’ll always communicate with you about any fee and work with you on exceptional circumstances when we can.
