We ask that you give 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking so we can offer your time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you don’t show up, or if you arrive so late we can’t complete the service, you may be charged a fee. We will always consider individual circumstances—please call us if something unexpected comes up. If you arrive late but we can still do the service, we may need to shorten it or reschedule to keep appointments running smoothly.
