24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, you may be charged a fee. For late arrivals we will do our best to accommodate you, but if your service must be shortened or rescheduled we may apply the same fee policy. Fees are assessed to cover the booked time and may be billed to the card on file or requested before your next appointment.
