Hello My Name is Sabrina. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Here to start you on your fitness journey through exercise and nutrition. When you book a session you must come to my gym your first session. After your first session you must join a gym of your choice. I could travel to the gym of your choice. Or you could get a membership at my gym. I am available for in person, Online, and Hybrid. Hope to see you soon !

Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will contact you about any fee and explain the reason. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service when possible; if the appointment must be shortened or rescheduled due to time lost, the same late-cancellation considerations apply.
