We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your booking, we will happily move or cancel your appointment without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when it applies.
If you are running late, please call us. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
