Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, if you no-show, or if you arrive so late we cannot complete your service, you may be charged a fee.
Please call or use our online booking system as soon as you know you need to change plans. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time; if that is not possible, we may need to rebook and the late arrival may be treated like a late cancellation.
