Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will try to be understanding but a late cancellation may be charged a fee. A no-show for your appointment may be charged a fee as well.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the scheduled time. If the service can’t be completed because of lateness we may need to reschedule, which could be treated as a late cancellation.
