Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, that is considered a late cancellation and may be charged a fee. If you do not arrive for your appointment, that is a no‑show and may be charged a fee.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service in the remaining time. If the service must be shortened or rescheduled because of lateness, you may still be responsible for a portion of the service cost. We will always communicate clearly about options and try to be fair when unforeseen issues arise.
