24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or change less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will always contact you before applying any fee and explain the reason.
If you’re running late, please call us as soon as you can. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if your service cannot be completed due to lateness we may need to reschedule and the late fee policy may apply.
