Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel inside of 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when that applies and how to pay. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings. If an emergency comes up, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you when possible.
