Fascia is the thin layer of tissue under your skin that encases and connects everything in your body. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) works with this tissue to relieve tension and improve flexibility along with joint alignment. This results in better posture, better movement, better sleep, better blood flow, better mood, and better quality of life! Fascial Stretch Therapy is an assisted stretching method, done on a table fully-clothed. You will receive an in-depth assessment and health-history intake at your first appointment so we understand how to best help you.
