Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to others and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel late or don’t show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete as much of the service as possible in the remaining time. If the stylist cannot complete the service because of late arrival, we may need to reschedule and you may be charged for the missed portion.
We appreciate clear communication and will always explain any fee before charging it.
