Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may also be charged a fee and could affect your ability to book future appointments. If you arrive late, we will do our best to honor your service in the remaining time; if the delay prevents a full service, we may need to reschedule and a late-cancellation fee may apply.
If you need help, please call or message us as soon as you can so we can work with you.
