If you cancel or move a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients and full charge may apply. We will always communicate with you about options when timing is tight and try to find a fair solution.
