We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you give at least 24 hours notice we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the outcome at the time of the missed appointment and when you rebook. Please call or message us as soon as you know you need to change your appointment so we can try to accommodate you and other clients.
