If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or miss your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you about any fee when we contact you after the missed or late appointment.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments without a prepayment or card on file.
