Cancellation policy
We ask that you give 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel or reschedule within that 24-hour window, you may be charged a fee.
If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service in the time remaining; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled due to your late arrival, the full appointment price still applies and rescheduling may be treated as a late cancellation.
