If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how to pay. If you are running late, please call us as soon as you can; we will do our best to accommodate you but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients.
