We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you let us know in that time, we will do our best to rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, we may be charged a fee to cover lost time and preparation; this may be charged to your card on file or requested before your next appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you run late, call us as soon as you can; we will try to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients.
