We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel or change within 24 hours, or do not show, you may be charged a fee to cover the reserved time.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled slot; if we cannot safely or fully complete your service due to lateness we may need to reschedule and a late-cancellation fee may apply. Please call us as soon as you know you will be late or must change plans.
