We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don’t show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to provide your service, but we may need to shorten the appointment to stay on schedule; in some cases a late arrival may be treated as a no-show and may be charged a fee.
