Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another client and keep our schedule fair. If you need to change your appointment, please call or message us as soon as you know.
Arriving late may reduce the time allotted for your service so we can stay on schedule for others. A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments. We’ll always do our best to work with you when unexpected things happen.
