Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change or cancel so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, it may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid delaying other clients. Repeated late arrivals or missed appointments may lead to a requirement for prepayment or deposit for future bookings.
