Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the time to other clients. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, or arrive so late we cannot complete the service, you may be charged a fee or asked to pay before booking again.
