Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly. If you cancel or reschedule with 24 hours or more notice, we will happily rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel late, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will contact you to explain any fee and to discuss future bookings. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reserve preferred times.
