Cancellation policy

24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard request. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll happily move or cancel your booking without penalty.

If you cancel after that window, arrive very late, or don’t show, you may be charged a fee. We’ll always tell you when a fee applies and explain how it was calculated. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If unexpected emergencies come up, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll work with you on a solution.
